On behalf of the IASCW members, the Board of Directors is pleased to announce holiday donations totaling $5,000 recently shared with local charitable organizations, including: Catholic Charities; Morning Star Mission; St. John Lutheran Food Pantry; Guardian Angel Community Services; St Vincent de Paul; Spanish Community Center; Shorewood Hugs; Cantigny Post 367 VFW; BBBS; Habitat for Humanity; and others. Since its founding in 1981, the IASCW has contributed over $107,000 in charity and scholarships to the local community.

FoundingThe IASCW was founded in February 1981 in Joliet, Illinois. The IASCW offers people of Irish ancestry and friends the opportunity to share cultural education, heritage preservation, fellowship and laughter. Archives
